At Thrive Assisted Independence, we understand that every individual has unique needs, which is why we offer four thoughtfully designed levels of personalized. non-medical care. From companionship and everyday lifestyle assistance to hands-on personal care and extended support, our flexible services are tailored to each client's level of independence, comfort, and personal preferences. Each tier reflects the level of assistance required, with transparent hourly pricing and customized care plans that can evolve as needs change. We require a four-hour minimum for each day we would commit. Our commitment is to provide compassionate, dependable, and dignified support while encouraging independence and enhancing quality of life. Because exceptional care should never be one-size-fits-all.

Level 1- Companionship & Lifestyle Assistance $38/hr

Social Companionship, shopping, errands, meal prep, light house keeping, laundry, appointment accompaniment, social outings.*

Level 2- Daily Living Assistance

$44/hr

Level 1 plus- assistance with dressing, grooming, mobility, meal assistance, medication reminders, and daily routines.*

Level 3- Enhanced Personal Care

$50/hr

Level 2- plus more involved toileting, bathing, continence assistance, and safe physical support.*

Level 4- Extended Care

$55/hr

Level 3- Including longer shifts, overnight supervision, evening and morning routines, scheduled assitance throughout the night.*

*Additional charges may apply for extended travel, excessive milage, or transportation outside our standard service area. Transportation and errands are included as part of our services; however, addtional fees may apply when a client requires extensive driving, multiple destinations, or prolonged periods of vehicle use during a schduled visit. Any applicable milage or transportation surcharges will be discussed in advance to ensure fairness and transparancy.
