**Dementia and Memory care services may be available on a case-by-case basis.  Because dementia affects each individual differently and can vary significantly in severity and care requirements, a personalized assessment is neccessary before accepting a care committment.  Factors such as cognitive function, mobility, behavioral consideratoins, personal care needs, and the level of supervision required will be carefully evaluated to ensure we can provide safe, appropriate, and compassionate support.
